Dalian, China (AllyChem), registered on March 15, 2004, is a fine chemical manufacturing company located in Dalian Economy & Technology Development Zone.
AllyChem specializes in the industrial synthesis of advanced chiral chemicals, diboron esters and multi-functional boronic acids/esters. The founders of the company were originally senior research scientists in Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy. Our managers have experience working for Western pharmaceutical and chemical companies.AllyChem has recruited overseas Chinese who have returned to China to take advantage of these emerging opportunities.Some of them have studied and worked in North America or European countries, and some of them have worked on several manufacturing projects for multinational companies. AllyChem is currently steered by a multi-disciplinary leadership team consisting of experienced chemists, chemicals engineers, venture capitalists
A Brief History of AllyChem Co., Ltd
- 2003, October, the company was conceived.
- 2004, March, the first round of venture capital was raised. The company was registeredas Dalian NetChem Chiral Technologies, Co., Ltd.
- 2004, May, the synthetic laboratories were established. The first six graduates were employed.
- 2004, October, made the first sale (to a US chemical company).
- 2005, April, the second round of venture capital was raised. The Kilo-lab was established.
- 2005, July, the first hundred Kg of (bispinacolato)diboron was manufactured.
- 2005, August, the third round of venture capital was raised.The company changed its name to Dalian AllyChem Co., Ltd.
- 2005, August, leased two manufacturing plants.
- 2005, December, the fourth round of venture capital was raised.
- 2006, June, registered capital was increased to RMB fourty million yuan.
- 2006, July, passed certificat of Dalian high-tech enterprise.
- 2006, August, established a subsidiary company, Dalian AllyChem Pharmatech Co., Ltd.
