Intellectual Property
Ownership of IP is based on a mutually agreeable contract with regard to each project. Some basic principles are as follows:
Any work performed by AllyChem and based on the technology package provided by the client belongs to the client.
Ownership rights to the results of technical work paid for by the client belong to the client.
IP ownership rights to work paid for by the client and that incorporate AllyChem proprietary technology will be determined according to individual contract agreements.
Any work performed by AllyChem that is not paid for in a contractual R&D working arrangement belongs to AllyChem.
Environmental Controls
Waste chemicals are disposed of according to Dalian’s own strict environmental standards, which include that:
Waste gases are sequestered and then processed.
Processes are developed to minimize waste water.
All liquid waste is sent to Dalian’s Waste Treatment Facility.
Our facilities are regularly inspected by Liaoning province’s EPA.
 Health and Safety
All projects are subject to approval from our Health Safety and Environment Committee and are run according to our SOP.
All workers wear PPE while in the laboratories and pilot plants.
Each employee undergoes quarterly safety training seminars. |
